Privacy Policy

This page explains how the Alshorjaa store and its app collect, use and protect data.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone number and password (stored encrypted).
When signing in with Google or Apple: the identifier they send, the email and the name, for signing you in only.
Order data: products, addresses and the selected payment method. We don't store card numbers.
What you write to us: messages, reviews, questions and photos you upload.
The device's notification token, to send you order notifications and offers if you agree.

The app doesn't use the advertising ID, doesn't show ads, and doesn't track you across other apps or sites.

How we use it

Fulfilling and delivering orders and contacting you about them.
Signing in, protecting the account and preventing fraud.
Reply to your messages and support requests.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We only share what's needed with: the delivery company to deliver your order, the payment gateway you choose, Firebase by Google to send notifications, and Google and Apple when you sign in with their accounts.

Retention period

We keep account data as long as the account exists. When you delete the account your personal data is deleted, and past orders remain without your data for accounting purposes.
