Delete Account
You can delete your account on Alshorjaa and your personal data at any time.
From the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to "Account" then "Delete account" at the bottom.
- Confirm the order.
From the site
- Sign in
- From "My account" choose "Delete account" then confirm.
What happens after the order
- The account is closed and you're signed out immediately, then it's permanently deleted after 7 days.
- If you change your mind, sign in before the period ends and the deletion is cancelled.
- Deleted: name, email, phone, addresses, photo, password, Google and Apple link, favorites and notification tokens.
- Kept: past orders log without your personal data, because the law requires keeping sales and accounting records.
